Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by DAG International Ltd (“DAG”, “we”, “us”), based in Nansana Ashinaga, Uganda, to any person or business (“you”) who buys from us or uses this website.

1. Services

We provide software and mobile app development, website design and hosting, digital marketing, ICT consultancy, networking and wireless solutions, managed ICT services, graphic design, printing and branding, and promotions. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed in a written quote or invoice before work starts.

2. Quotes and payment

• Prices are stated in the currency shown on the quote or invoice.
• Payment is made by mobile money, bank transfer or card. Card payments are processed securely by Flutterwave. We do not see or store your card details.
• Large projects may be paid in stages. Work on each stage starts once the deposit or stage payment is received.

3. Delivery and your responsibilities

We work to the timeline in the agreed quote. You agree to give us the content, access and feedback we need on time. Delays on your side may move the delivery date.

4. Ownership

When the invoice is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you. We keep the right to reuse general tools, code libraries and methods that are not specific to your business, and to show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Liability

We take care to deliver quality work. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data loss caused by events outside our control.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
